Find practical guidance about choosing products, preparing files, approving work, fulfilment, and what to do when you need help.

What can I print with Printmato?

You can explore business cards, stationery, marketing print, apparel, packaging, gifting, signage, photo printing, and event pieces. Product availability, sizes, materials, and finishes vary by item.

Can I start if my artwork is not finished?

Yes. Start by choosing a product and gathering the basics: intended size, quantity, artwork status, preferred paper or material, and when you hope to use it. Use the artwork guidelines as a preparation checklist before final approval.

Will the color look exactly like it does on my screen?

Not always. Screens emit light while printed materials reflect it, and paper, ink, and finish all affect the result. Check your file carefully and request guidance when color matching is important.

How do shipping times work?

Fulfilment depends on the product, quantity, finishing work, destination, and approval of the final artwork. Shipping and timing details require confirmation for each request; do not treat a general estimate as a guarantee.

What if my order arrives damaged or has a production issue?

Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the items and outer parcel. Then prepare the order details and describe what is wrong so the issue can be reviewed. A remedy may be a correction, reprint, replacement, or another agreed resolution depending on the circumstances.

Can I change my mind after placing an order?

Because printed work is often made to order, cancellation or changes may depend on whether production has started. Raise the request as early as possible; returns are not automatically available for approved, correctly produced custom work.
